Procurement of Essential Supplies for the Community Early

- CATIE invites eligible bidders to participate in the process for the “Procurement of Equipment and Essential Supplies for the Community Early Warning System in Belize”, as part of the regional project REFORES: “Use of Nature-Based Solutions to Increase Resilience to Extreme Climate Events in the Atlantic Region of Central America.”
- This procurement process will be conducted under the Price Comparison Method, in accordance with the CABIE Policy for the Procurement of Goods, Works, Services, and Consultancies with CABIE Resources, and its Implementation Regulations, available at the following website:
https://www.bcie.org - The requested equipment includes personal protective equipment, equipment for first aid emergency response, first aid kits, and alert communication equipment.
- Quotations must be submitted to the email address indicated in Section 5 of this call no later than April 13, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (Belize time). Quotations received after this deadline will not be considered.

helen.choco@catie.ac.cr - The contracting entity makes available to interested parties the documentation required to prepare their quotations, which is provided in the attached document. Bidders are required to submit a certificate of legal representation for supplier registration, as well as the quotation submission forms, sworn statement, offered technical specifications, price list, and delivery plan.
