progress in implementing Climate Change Adaptation Agricultural Innovations (IApA) in their respective communities.

Through photos, testimonial videos, and a review of achieved goals, participants exchanged learnings and discussed the challenges encountered in applying these innovations to the beneficiary families of the project.

During the workshop, attendees received hands-on training in agroecological pest and disease management, nutrition of F1 coffee hybrids, and the use of improved seedlings in silvopastoral systems, reinforcing key skills to advance climate adaptation in the field.

The event also addressed gender and value chain topics, emphasizing their importance in achieving equitable and sustainable integration with producer families in the region.

This workshop is part of ESCALAR’s ongoing capacity-building process for field technical staff, aiming to build climate resilience and reduce migration in the Central American Dry
