{"id":32571,"date":"2025-02-28T11:34:38","date_gmt":"2025-02-28T17:34:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.catie.ac.cr\/?p=32571"},"modified":"2025-03-03T14:53:20","modified_gmt":"2025-03-03T20:53:20","slug":"especialistas-del-proyecto-cienpinos-de-cuba-realizan-mision-de-trabajo-en-costa-rica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.catie.ac.cr\/en\/2025\/02\/28\/especialistas-del-proyecto-cienpinos-de-cuba-realizan-mision-de-trabajo-en-costa-rica\/","title":{"rendered":"Specialists of the CIENPINOS project from Cuba carry out a working mission in Costa Rica"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>During the visit, they developed the 2025 science plan for the project, among other collaborative activities with CATIE.<\/em><\/li><\/ul><p>A delegation of specialists from the project \u201cMunicipal Climate Governance and Sustainable Agroforestry Production of Low-Emission, Climate-Adapted Food in Cienfuegos and Pinar del R\u00edo, Cuba\u201d (CIENPINOS) visited the campus of the Tropical Agricultural Research and Higher Education Center (CATIE) in Turrialba, Costa Rica to participate in a series of key activities for the initiative, especially the development of the science plan for the year 2025.<\/p><p>The delegation, led by the project's international coordinator, Ismael Hern\u00e1ndez Venereo, also included specialists Tania S\u00e1nchez, Mildrey Soca, Yhosvanny P\u00e9rez, \u00c1lvaro Calzada, Isyoel Urrutia and Armando Pi.
