{"id":38460,"date":"2025-10-28T13:52:53","date_gmt":"2025-10-28T19:52:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.catie.ac.cr\/?p=38460"},"modified":"2025-10-28T13:55:44","modified_gmt":"2025-10-28T19:55:44","slug":"proyecto-mafganaderiahn-inicia-mision-de-evaluacion-de-medio-termino-para-fortalecer-su-gestion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.catie.ac.cr\/en\/2025\/10\/28\/proyecto-mafganaderiahn-inicia-mision-de-evaluacion-de-medio-termino-para-fortalecer-su-gestion\/","title":{"rendered":"MAF\u2013Ganader\u00eda\u2013HN Project begins mid-term evaluation mission to strengthen its management"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em><em>A strategic assessment seeking to consolidate progress and lessons learned toward sustainable and low-carbon livestock farming in Honduras <\/em>.<\/em><\/li><\/ul><p>CATIE (Tropical Agricultural Research and Higher Education Center), through the project \u201cTransforming the Honduran Livestock Sector into a Low-Carbon Economy,\u201d known as MAF-Ganader\u00eda-HN and financed by the Mitigation Action Facility (MAF), received a technical team in charge of conducting the mid-term evaluation process. This process aims to analyze the progress, results, and lessons learned achieved in the implementation of the project to date, with the purpose of ensuring that the project reaches its goal of promoting the transition toward sustainable and low-carbon livestock farming in Honduras.<\/p><p>The evaluation is being carried out by consultants Roberto Canessa, Edwin P\u00e9rez, and V\u00edctor Ganoza, who are part of the Dorsch Impact GmbH\/Oxford Policy Management consortium.
