• Induction: Familiarization with the methodology, the Moodle virtual classroom, and the transversal use of AI.
• Innovation for the agri-food sector: Trends, strategies, and cases that help identify opportunities for improvement and transformation.
• Value chains and sustainability: Actor analysis, articulation strategies, and value-added generation for more resilient agribusinesses.
• Financial management for agribusiness: Access to financing, evaluation of mechanisms, and tools to strengthen enterprises and MSMEs.

Additionally, each module will include a specialized session on artificial intelligence, and participants will have access to an exclusive GPT per module, designed to enhance learning and facilitate practical application of the content.

An optional session will also be offered on approaches and tools for effective collaboration with communities or project management, depending on participant demand.

The diploma will be delivered in a virtual modality with cloud-based materials, videos, readings, presentations, and synchronous Zoom sessions. The program includes options for digital or printed certification, along with ongoing academic support from CATIE’s Agribusiness team.
